Hello! so after a rough landing in the ATL, a looooooooong, uncomfortable plane ride (with gluten free food), a lost taxi driver, and a new home family...I am in chile. it is beautiful. Just like a south american city should be. I am living in a nice apt. complex with a woman and her 21 year old daughter (who wants to be a physical therapist). Also, they have wifi, and a poodle...who is sweet, blind, does not bark, and loves me. My new house mommy greeted me with a bar of chocolate and my own little room. So, I was expecting 68 degrees to be warm....just kidding! Do not let that food you, it is freezing. And the houses, do not have heat. good thing I brought warm clothes. Well, I will have to wait to get the wifi set up on my computer before I can skype, but I am going to try and skype each night for a bit! Well, I think I should take a shower...it is cold, and i am kind of scared. LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
ps. chilean spanish is MUCH harder to understand than the spanish at home.
